    •    One free trial is allowed per eligible user, device, or account.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
    •    Smart Digi Book offers auto-renewing monthly subscription plans.
    •    Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
    •    Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Content Ownership
    •    All books, MCQs, notes, and materials available in the app are protected by copyright.
    •    Users may not copy, distribute, or resell app content without permission.
5. Free Trial Policy
    •    A free trial is allowed only once.
    •    Free-trial eligibility is based on email, phone number, and device.
    •    Deleting an account does not reset free-trial eligibility.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
